J-DMS students win regional Scholastic Writing Contest Awards

Please join us in celebrating the following Jamesville-DeWitt Middle School students for winning regional Scholastic Writing Contest Awards:

    • Abigail Butler won a Silver Key for her poem “Cries for Help”
    • Gwendolyn Holt won a Silver Key for her story “This God-Forsaken War”
    • Evelyn O’Brien won an honorable mention for their sci-fi story “The Price of Trust”
    • Charlotte White won an honorable mention for her poem “War is My Name”
