The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District is partnering with Kinney Drugs to sponsor COVID-19 vaccine clinics for 5-11 year olds.
The first dose will be administered on Tuesday, Jan. 25.
- Location: Jamesville Elementary School, 6409 East Seneca Turnpike, Jamesville, NY 13078
- Time: 4:30-8:30 p.m.

Second dose appointments will be Feb. 15 at the same time as the first dose. There is no need to schedule a second dose.
Parental Consent
Consent form will be available on site that parents/guardians/authorized representatives can fill out that day or they may complete it in advance. It will need to be signed by a parent/guardian/authorized representative.
