1. 7:00 a.m. – Call meeting to order, Mr. Bartlett
2. Present proof of publication of Notice of Meeting, Mr. Bartlett
3. Read qualifications of voters, Mr. Bartlett
4. Read propositions to be voted upon and announce vacancies on the
Board, Mr. Bartlett
5. Announce that polls are open and voting will continue until 9:00 p.m.,
Mr. Bartlett
6. 9:00 p.m. – Close the polls and announce that anyone already in the
gymnasium lobby may vote, Mrs. Louise
7. Request Inspectors to canvass the vote, Mrs. Louise
8. Announce results, Mrs. Louise
9. Adjourn the meeting, Mrs. Louise
