6 Jamesville-DeWitt High School students have been named semifinalists in Syracuse Stage’s Young Playwrights Festival.
A panel of theatre and literary professionals evaluated all original ten-minute play and performance entries. All semifinalists are invited to attend a writing workshop with Syracuse Stage where their plays will be read and critiqued. Finalists will see their plays performed as staged readings by Syracuse University drama students.
