2 Jamesville-DeWitt High School seniors were honored at the 35th annual New York State Public High School Athletic Association’s (NYSPHSAA) Scholar-Athlete Dinner at SRC Arena on Monday, June 10.
Congratulations to Amanda Aitken (soccer, softball) and Aaron Sikora (baseball) on being named scholar-athletes of the year for Jamesville-DeWitt!
The Section III Scholar-Athlete Program annually recognizes two high school seniors from each member high school whose academic and athletic careers have stood out. The program looks to recognize student-athletes whose personal standards and achievements are a model to others, and who possess a high level of integrity, self-discipline and courage. Nominated students must have met the criteria of a 90 grade point average.
